You can visit the website naranja.tech without revealing any personal information.
However, naranja.tech needs certain personal data if you wish to order one of our services, receive naranja.tech newsletters or want to open a support ticket.

This information may include your personal contact information or your company contact data.
naranja.tech will use this information to reply to your comments, issues, to provide you with requested services and to contact you regarding updates and new products.

Your contact information is stored for billing purposes and to be able to contact you.

In order to provide you services a client account needs to be created. Your client account is a unique ID and assigned to your registered e-mail address.

All your activity, such as services, billing and ticket/email history will be logged under your client number so that we are able to help you faster, and to be able to review communication that has been made in the past.

We store your e-mail address to send service relevant notifications, invoices, and important service updates.

In case you opt-in for our newsletter, we will also use your e-mail address to keep you up-to-date about Naranjatech via newsletters.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future marketing emails, we provide the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.

Your telephone number is stored so we can contact you in an emergency, send you text messages for a monitored service, or to able to provide you Two Factor (2FA) authentication.

Your IPv4/v6 address is stored together with a timestamp with each activity within our Client Area of other Control Panel.

This for security reasons, so we have an overview which IP address has logged into your account, or through which IP address changes have been made.

We will also use this to protect your account against unpermitted access from remote locations.

Your payment information, such as your PayPal account and credit card will be stored to be able to process payments.

Credit Card information is partially stored at Naranjatech (last 4 digits of your card + account holder).

All other credit card information (full card number and CVC) is safely stored at our credit card payment gateway after a successful payment, and is not visible for us.

We use a unique ID to link the stored credit card details to your client account.

For the processing of your payments we will also engage other parties, such as credit card gateways, Bitcoin/altcoin gateways or PayPal.

We review all orders placed at Naranjatech to keep our client base clean, and protect all our customers from possible fraud.

Sometimes it is possible that it shouldn’t be the case that someone else pretends to be you, or is for example using your PayPal or credit card while not being authorized.

We use your personal information to combat possible fraudulent activity such as stolen client/payment details or false information.

What if someone offers us a billion Euro to grab some of your personal information?

Well that’s an easy one for us! Your personal information is in no case for sale.

We’ll simply wave and request them to leave right away!

However in some cases we do or need to share some of your personal information:

• To process payments such as PayPal and credit card payments.
• We have your permission to share the information for a specific purpose.
• We need to respond to the subpoenas, court orders or other governmental requests.
• To register a domain, as you are the legal holder of a domain. Depending on the kind of domain extension some of your details may be visible in the WHOIS database.
• We need to submit your information, otherwise it won’t be possible to register a domain.
• To order a SSL certificate. Depending on the kind of SSL certificate, some personal details such as your personal name or company name, email address of telephone number might be required.

You are allowed to update your personal information at any time through our client area under the Account section, or optionally by submitting a support ticket.
In some cases we may request proof of your identify to verify your identity in order to update your personal information.

You may request us to export your personal data that we have stored by opening a support ticket.

Customers that have no longer any active services may request to close his or her account and to have personal data removed from our databases, with exception of historical billing information which will remain stored for an extended period of time as required by law, or in cases where fraudulent activity is involved.
