Your contact information is stored for billing purposes and to be able to contact you.
In order to provide you services a client account needs to be created. Your client account is a unique ID and assigned to your registered e-mail address.
All your activity, such as services, billing and ticket/email history will be logged under your client number so that we are able to help you faster, and to be able to review communication that has been made in the past.
We store your e-mail address to send service relevant notifications, invoices, and important service updates.
In case you opt-in for our newsletter, we will also use your e-mail address to keep you up-to-date about Naranjatech via newsletters.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future marketing emails, we provide the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
Your telephone number is stored so we can contact you in an emergency, send you text messages for a monitored service, or to able to provide you Two Factor (2FA) authentication.
Your IPv4/v6 address is stored together with a timestamp with each activity within our Client Area of other Control Panel.

Your payment information, such as your PayPal account and credit card will be stored to be able to process payments.
Credit Card information is partially stored at Naranjatech (last 4 digits of your card + account holder).
All other credit card information (full card number and CVC) is safely stored at our credit card payment gateway after a successful payment, and is not visible for us.
We use a unique ID to link the stored credit card details to your client account.
For the processing of your payments we will also engage other parties, such as credit card gateways, Bitcoin/altcoin gateways or PayPal.
We review all orders placed at Naranjatech to keep our client base clean, and protect all our customers from possible fraud.
Sometimes it is possible that it shouldn’t be the case that someone else pretends to be you, or is for example using your PayPal or credit card while not being authorized.
