Terms of Service

By using NextGenWebs, S.L. (“Naranjatech”, “our”, “us” or “we”) products and services, you (“you”, “your”, “Client” or “Customer”) agree to comply with our policies. Naranjatech reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any service provided with or without a refund or notice or warning for any reason. Naranjatech also reserves the right to change and modify the Terms of Service at any time with or without client notification. It is up to the client to periodically check and familiarize himself or herself with the recent Terms of Service. If any client does not comply with the new Terms of Service modifications, his or her service will be terminated.

Naranjatech Policies
  • By ordering and/or using our services, you agree to adhere our Acceptable Use Policy. Failure to do so will result in suspension and possibly termination.
  • By ordering and/or using our services, you automatically agree with our Privacy Policy.
Fraud check for new orders and account details
  • All orders placed via our website and/or client panel are passed through an automatic fraud check system. Although our VPS services are typically setup instantly upon receipt of payment, we still manually review each new order within the next 24 hours after the order has been placed.
  • If our automatic fraud check system, or our manual fraud check scores your order as high risk / dangerous, we reserve the right to ask for additional details (a copy of your ID card for example) or suspend your service until we verified your order. Failure to comply in a timely manner will result in suspension and/or termination without refund. Naranjatech reserves the right to cancel or terminate hisk risk / suspicious / orders within the first 24 hours after ordering (manual review time window), in case we suspect any fraudulent or illegal usage of the related service.
  • Customers who provide false client information when placing an order may be terminated without notice upon manual review. Almost all new customers that will place an order with valid details and are having a clear history, are usually passing all our fraud checks without any problem.
Billing and VAT
  • All invoices are generated 21 days before the payment is due. Failure to pay by the due date will result in a suspended or terminated service.
  • When the customer pays by Credit Card their card will be intended to be charged 15, 8 and 1 day before the due date to make sure the service is not interrupted.
  • Invoice payment reminder(s) will be send 2 days before the actual renewal date
  • Naranjatech reserves the right to terminate your service at any point after your invoice is on overdue for 1 or more days. Naranjatech is not responsible for any data loss due termination caused by invoices that are on overdue.  The customer is responsible for making all payments on time.
  • If the customer creates an automatic payment subscription (a PayPal subscription for example), the customer will be responsible for canceling this subscription at the point the customer does not want to renew the service related to the payment subscription. Naranjatech will not be responsible for refunding or handling any transactions that will take place after the cancellation of the related service has been processed.
  • Customers within the EU VAT zone are subject to VAT. All prices mentioned on the Naranjatech website are in this case excluding VAT. More information regarding VAT can be found in this knowledgebase article.
Refund policy
  • Naranjatech offers a 1 day refund policy for VPS services only, and will apply only on the first VPS you order as long as you haven’t ordered additional VPSes or haven’t upgraded the VPS. Additional software licenses ordered via Naranjatech are not eligible for refunds. We don’t offer any refunds on colocation / dedicated services. Depending on the selected payment method, a refund may exclude a processing fee to cover our transaction fee and handling.
  • All flash sales are non refundable
  • Refunds due to bad network connections to the clients location are not eligible as they could have been detected by using our Looking Glass before ordering.
  • Naranjatech may ask for a reason to improve it’s products/services once a refund is requested.
Chargebacks and disputes
  • Raising a billing dispute with our payment gateways or charging back a payment made to Naranjatech will results in a bad account reputation. In such case we reserve the right to immediately suspend and/or terminate all services without refund.
  • Any threat of legal action against Naranjatech will result in immediate termination of all active services without refund.
Unmanaged services
  • Services are being offered or ordered as “unmanaged” are designed for server administrators and other experienced users, unless stated otherwise. Therefore the customer should be fimiliar with managing the operating system or control panel that is choosen during the order process. Naranjatech does provide a knowledgebase with serveral articles covering various topics with might offer insight into common questions regarding our services.
  • The customer is responsible for taking backups on unmanaged services. The customer is responsible for storing backups on remote storage.
  • The customer is responsible for managing and securing his or her unmanaged service.
  • The Naranjatech support is available for support covering the following categories:
    • Hardware questions and support.
    • Network questions and support.
    • All control panels managed by Naranjatech.
    • ISO images and OS templates for manual or automatic installations.
